Where are you located?

Our factory and HQ is at 20 Gliderway Street, Bundamba, QLD 4304, in Ipswich, about nine minutes from Rosewood. Factory tours are by appointment only.

How long does a build take?

Granny flats and modular homes are currently quoted at 30+ weeks turnkey. Commercial projects range from 12 weeks for simpler builds to 16 weeks for more involved complexes.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide. Most of our clients are in Queensland and New South Wales, with regular projects in Victoria as well.

Do I need council approval?

In most cases, yes. AMB can manage council approval, engineering and certification as part of your turnkey building process.

Can I customise the design?

Yes. You can adjust layouts, windows, doors, finishes, cladding, roofing colours and internal inclusions to suit your site and brief.

What is included in a turnkey package?

Turnkey packages can include design, approvals, construction, delivery, installation, foundations, plumbing and electrical connection, depending on the project.
