Do I need council approval?

Yes, and we handle it for you. We manage the development application, engineering, certification and council communication as part of our turnkey service.

How long until I can move in?

Granny flats and modular homes are currently quoted at 30+ weeks turnkey, including design, approval, construction and on-site installation.

Can I customise the design?

Yes. Move doors, change windows, flip the plan, enlarge a bedroom, change cladding or roofing colour, swap to carpet or vinyl. If you want something we don’t already show, we can custom-design it.

Where can you build?

All of Queensland and most of New South Wales for turnkey residential. Victoria is possible by quote. We service the east coast from our Bundamba, QLD factory.
