We start with a conversation. Tell us about your block or site, your timeline, what you want the building to do and what you have to spend. We ask the questions that matter: access, services, neighbours, council overlays. By the end of this stage we know enough to quote accurately.

Choose from our existing catalogue or have us custom-design from scratch. You see floor plans, 3D renders and a fixed inclusions list before you commit. Changes and refinements happen here , not on the factory floor.

We handle the development application, certification and engineering. Our town planners, certifiers and engineers work with us regularly, so the paperwork moves. You stay informed but you don’t chase the council yourself.

Your building is constructed in our 16,000 sqm Bundamba facility, under cover, by a team that does this every day. About 98% of the work is done before the building leaves the factory , less weather risk, faster overall timeline, tighter quality control. We share progress updates as we go.

We transport, crane-lift and install on your block or site. Our crews handle foundations, plumbing connection and electrical hook-up. For commercial multi-module projects, we coordinate the install over the days and weeks needed to join, finish and commission.

Residential builds carry a 6+ year warranty. Commercial warranty terms are confirmed in your contract. If something needs attention, you ring our office , not a call centre. Many of our clients come back to us for their next build.
